Många alternativ med appen, dock inte lättanvänd. Går inte att zooma medans man skapar templates. Däremot är kundservicen fantastisk och kompenserar mycket!

Numerous customisation options are provided in the app, with multiple branding features as well, to set up the customisation and preview text as well.
Very proactive support team with a live agent working on the issue as per the requirements and providing necessary solutions to the questions.
Some of the improvements can be done in the current UI and options, and the best part is support team is very positive about feedback and improvements and also works on them when possible.

The set up of the app can be confusing at times but the costumer service is quick and very helpful!

The main issue for us is that there's no way to access the files and personalization in an automated way. You MUST have Shopify app access, navigate to the app, and download the ZIP files, then extract them locally, then upload them to a shared drive.

It does nicely display the selected options in the order details, however my other nitpick is there's no clean way to access these details in Shopify Flow or any other Shopify function. So again, it can't be automated. The output is a very messy Google Sheet without structured data.

The support team has helped in a few cases to fix issues for us. I'm hoping they can come up with a Flow template to share to help this as well.

The app itself has lots of options and lets you do almost everything. It's a bit clunky in the UI but that's to be expected for the functionality packed in. I just can't give it 5 stars when the data extraction is so limited and I have to spend more money per week paying VAs to extract files than I pay them monthly for the app.

Erfüllt alle Ansprüche, die wir hatten. Einziges Manko ist, dass man nur 20 Bilder gleichzeitig hochladen kann. Der Service bei Zepto ist sehr gut. Im Chat bekommt man sofort kompetente Hilfe.

Fast response and helpful with my issue

This app excels in ease of setup and quality of support. If it eventually allows updates via CSV, it will become a perfect solution.

It is very difficult to understand sometimes, and frequently has bugs like broken jpegs in the website.

But Rakib was brilliant tonight and helped me solve a problem that has been bugging me for quite some time. I appreciate the patience and walk though provided.
