Zepto Product Personalizer

I’ve been dealing with issues for over two months now. Their image upload feature works inconsistently, causing lost sales. Customer service responses are generic and don’t actually address the problem. I’m very disappointed—not just with the product, but even more so with the support.

We've been using the app for a while now and are overall very satisfied. There were a few minor issues during the configuration, but the support team was always quick to respond and extremely helpful. Their response time is impressive – always friendly and very knowledgeable.
