Tried a lot of personalize / customize apps but this one has all for a decent price. They are working to get the design even better and if my customers are able to move their logo themselves I would give six stars. Support is great and fast!
While the app itself has had a number of oddities and issues that seems to sprawl out of nowhere after working fine for weeks and months, the support received from their team has been excellent. Since no product is perfect, at the end of the day having great technical support is what makes the difference.

Great app which offers everything that we need to customize our products. The customer service is super quick, effective and friendly. I can only recommend working with Zepto.
Zepto has been quick to respond to me and very helpful in every way. Their Product works great and is easy to use. This is my response below to them the other day when they helped me duplicate my Product Personalizer onto another website.
Y'all have been great with customer service, and response times. I really appreciate this! It has saved me soooooooooo much time in not having to recreate this personalizer. We are very thankful and happy.
This application is a 10 out of 10. I was running against a problem on my website for the last 1,5 month. All this time I thought it was because of the Zepto Product Personalizer and was in contact with them daily. Eventually, after doing a lot of investigation and many support we came to the conclusion this was because of another app that we didn't thought of all this time. Guys, Al Amin and Shahariare, I'm really thankful for you guys supporting me with this issue. Because of you guys I was able to finally fix it.
Beside of that, the app is really good and is worth every penny I've spend on it this far!

had several issues with this app, and support keeps blaming the theme. I changed theme 3 times - issues still persist
issues are happening in the cart, these issues are triggered when one or more products are added:
-no items in cart even if I added items
-items in cart do not update when new product is added
-items that other people customized appear in my cart, items that I did not customize
Your site seems to have become static from the Shopify server. It seems a Shopify Bug. Please contact Shopify support.
It's incredibly useful customization app! Some features are really unique. And the customer service is always there, responding fast and always helping a lot. They helped us with everything and it was a very satisfying. We strongly recommend it to everyone!
