Zepto Product Personalizer

The app is much more powerful than i realized. I had the terrific opportunity to get on a Skype chat and call with NUMAN....who was AMAZING!
He took all the time needed to set things up for me and walked me through what he did. At no point did he lose patience with my lack of knowledge and wouldn't get off the call until it was done to my satisfaction....then I found out he was doing at 4am his time!
Amazing service from him.
The only little suggestion I would have is to load some better instructional videos to your site.

The support from Zepto is incredible. I had an issue that was quickly remediated by one of their engineers, Imran. He was quick to respond and work diligently with me to explain what the remediation was. Other apps barely give you the support you need, even when they are subscription based, but Zepto product personalizer is part of those exceptions.

Awesome support folks!!I tried alot of apps to customize. Hands down in my opinion, this is the best in terms of support. Shamsuddin rocks the support! He has helped me with some difficult things and always polite and nice, very patient.

I love this app, it not only helps me with monogran, but cs is very responsive. No matter what time period I seek help, customer service always gives me timely feedback and helps me solve the problem, every time.

the apps itself is excellent, but the reply speed take a little time, so here i advise developer should improve that, anyway, 8 out of 10, keep 2 to improve

Great app. I installed it for customized prints and received orders within a few hours of setting it up. When I had a question the response was quick and Al was very helpful.

This app is perfect for my needs and the support is really great. They were able to customize it exactly how I needed it so that my customers are given the same level /options of personalization that I offer in-store as well as online.
