A great product for customization options. The Live Preview function is a cut above the rest and set up is effortless. Definitely recommended! Customer support is fast and very effective! Thank you guys for the great work!

We use this app to allow customers to customize their sweet box by choosing different variants of products. The app offers a lot of flexibility. Most of the things we felt we needed support with were already a part of the app, we only had to know how to use it. They are always there to solve our queries.

It would be great if they add more tutorials or help on each and every "setting" that the app offers for customizing, so that customers can realise the complete potential much faster.

Love this app! Every time I need support they help! Kind, fast responses. I have been looking for an app like this since we started and so happy to have found this! All positive. Easy to use, but best of all the support is awesome! Product is great, easy and fun for customers to use. Helps them buy with confidence. A must get!

We use this app extensively for heavily customized jewelry and keepsakes. Support is getting better and better - the addition of live chat support inside the app makes a huge difference! My only complaint is that past updates to the app got pushed out without any notice and sometimes cause problems. We really need a way to control the release of updates so we can test them before they get deployed to our production site.

Support has improved significantly in the last few months and I have been assured that the update process is going to get better. From a functionality standpoint, this is definitely a 5 star app. If updates continue to cause issues, I'll have to come back and dock some points though.

Absolutely a fantastic app that has transformed our customer experience. We sell customized fingerprint jewelry and being able to see custom inscriptions "engraved" on the piece as they type - even curving text around the inside of a ring! - is so helpful for our customers. It also handles the addition of accessories, like a chain, a birthstone charm, a premium bail, etc., and shows those additions dynamically on the product photo. The ability to use conditional logic to show/hide different options is also key, allowing us to be really flexible in how we set up our products (see https://legacytouch.com for examples of what is possible). A little bit of a learning curve, sure; but, that generally comes with the territory when you have lots of flexibility and options.

Support, in general, is really good. Not super communicative, but very willing to implement special requests and troubleshoot bugs in a timely manner. I do wish there was a better way to handle deploying bug fixes and code updates - those generally get pushed to our production site without notice and have occasionally caused issues. But overall, we are very pleased with this app.
