Customer support is very fast, although we are in different time zones, customized requirements can also be met, recommended!

This is a good App, the support team helps us a lot with the problems and always responds. Thanks for the help and support. Is a good app for the personalization of products.

I have to let everyone know that in fact there was some sort of glitch with my theme and the support in getting that resolved, once we all realized what the glitch was - was prompt and complete.

I'm excited to keep building my store and I'm so grateful for this app!

I think I might really love the app but in asking for support the answers are really incomplete. The app has many capabilities -- but getting it dialed in continues to perplex me. I've asked for screen shots, I'm hopeful they will arrive.

Still trying to work it out -- fingers crossed I can get it resolved.

It's been tough going to find the right app to serve my purposes despite Europe's much advertised big wigs. This one does exactly what I want it to and the support received to set it up was outstanding.

Excellent app for customisation. Zepto supporter AZM Shamsuddin did a great job showing me how to set up the configurations and get things working properly.

I used this app to personalise my products and it's very simple to use. I had a few questions, but the support team has helped me through it all. They have been amazing. I would recommend this app if you want to add personalisation to your products. It's easy to use and affordable - I'm so happy to pay for a great product like this that I can afford as a start-up business. There are heaps of plans to suit your needs. It's so easy for customers to use, which is really important for user experience and the design of the personalisation is great too. Give it a go!

This is a great app if you have a lot of custom options on your products. I have been looking for an app, I was using Product Customizer. It was ok for simple customizations, but limited in it's features. Product Personalizer has a lot more you can do, and I like that you can use images to show the different options. It's a little tricky to learn at first, but once you get it it's easy to work with. There are a couple little glitchy things, but nothing major so far. It seems like the developers are working to improve the app and they were very quick to respond to me questions.

Really great app, it has so many different functions and personalisation options to choose from. You can really play around with different ways to show off the personalisation and actually customise it to fit it to what you want. Creating font groups and colour groups is amazing to not have to create a new set for each item as most of my products require 1 or two choices in colour pallets, this saves so much time. Also, the option to save certain personalisation settings as templates is super helpful when wanting to bulk configure. My business is 99% personalised so this app has been fantastic. The only thing i can say is a few tiny things like not being able to view your original product in the cart w/o personalisation but instead the personalisation image the customer has chosen. The only thing this MAY do is confuse the customer when ordering a range of different colours of the same product if they arent able to clearly see the colour. This is also something I could change if i decided to offer the option to personalise with background image but i didn't want to show blank products on my page so this isn't necessarily the apps fault! However, this isn't a make or break. Also requiring a text colour is there, but you are not able to FORCE a choice to be made, if a customer doesn't select a colour, the default colour will be selected but not show on checkout and that can be hard if some products can't all have the same default colour. Other then those few things, this app is amazing and support are very helpful and prompt. Also there FAQ page answered literally 90% of my questions simply! Highly reccomend this app.

This app is the BOMB! Offering product customizations and personalization is a key part of our business. I tried several other apps and this one offered far more capabilities at a very reasonable price. The support has been great too!
