After a bit of a struggle with the amazing number of customization selection options, I am loving this app, along with the great customer service provided in solving my issues. great app - great support and guidance. Spent an hour sorting out issues and technician was methodical and patient.

A bit tough to learn and still having minor issues but overall it's a great App. Asked for help, took a few days, didn't mind the wait.

The price of the app is super cheap compared to what you can do with it and they really take care of you if you need help.

Numan did an SPLENDID job helping us getting EXACTLY what we needed (and it wasn't easy).

The app is great, is easy to use and it has been very helpful to create personalized products. The support responds quickly and they've been very helpful with the customization. I would love it if they implemented more ways to customize what the customer sees. but overall great app

Nice improvements since it started, the new interface is way better. The team is super reactive! If we could just add some more information in the configurator, such as weight, for our customers to be aware of the weight saving depending on different options. For sports equipment, this would be great.
