So far they have been a great help. The app is intuitive and easy to work with. Still in testing during the trial period but so far I'm liking it.
although I had some difficulty trying to achieve what I wanted the support team were fantastic to help me achieve exactly what I wanted. Even with all of my terrible explanations of what I was trying to achieve. would recommend to app to anyone who wants to eliminate sending drafts to customers to approve personalisation

Great app, very intuitive. Support is great really patient and answers quickly. I needed to add a price option for text addition, they installed it on my shopify for free.

This is a wonderful app. It does take time and patience to set up but once you get the hang of it it's actually fairly simple and really powerful. Support was fast (via chat) I'm still setting up new designs and finding out what and how I can make this app really work for me but so far - it's great!!
The best app for live product personalization! I have an issue with the app doesn't showing on my product page, but they support help me really quick to fix it. Now the app works really good. I would recommend 100%
Zepto works very well in 2 of my stores and the developers have been very quick to help me with many issues.
