Très bonne application et support !
Je trouve juste dommage le tarif qui reste un coup chère pour une application pas 100% automatisé avec un POD !
Very efficient after sales service. They patiently answered my various questions, and could endure and understand my strange Chinese English, which moved me a lot.

great app and great support, very fast and efficient. i think is one of the best apps in store if you need custom products.
unfortunately this app did work for us! we pay the subscription and even paying for it the app with get disconnected from out items and our clients were not able to personalize their product...

It is helpful providing the monogram options for our customers but it's not not necessarily user friendly on the back end. Often times we lose our monogram information on products, it will drop off for no reason.
great app, we have tried all the customiser apps and they were all to hard, this app was easy to set up and also support was very very helpful and continues to be helpful whist setting up my website.

Responsive, fast support and they went above and beyond what you would expect from an app developer in helping us implement this app for us. I find it really easy to set up new personalized products, I love how the conditional logic lets me create more advanced personalization options. I use this app on two of my websites now and highly recommend it.
The app works really good and whats even better is the live support. They edit everything according to your preferences. Highly recommended.
Product great, support whilst it is quick is generally quite poor. The staff do not know what they're often talking about. 3 x i have asked for development support for a cart issue and they just dont know how to assist.
