There is no better customization app on Shopfy. Zepto provides solutions for absolutely any customizations you can think of. Their support is like no other. Anytime I have been editing my website, whether its 2pm or 2am someone is available immediately to help me. Would rate it higher if I could.

the app and support is ok.
i do believe the agents try their best to help but in the time it takes them to answer your message you might figure out the issue yourself. also the answer doesnt always answer your question so you might have to elaborate to get your point across. there are a handful of youtube videos and a lot of documentations files that could be written better.

also had to create multiple css scripts to achieve the look i wanted as they only have very basic and limited settings in their styling options.

one good point is that they seem to have round clock support so if you cant figure something out they will gather details and send you a loom video on how to complete it.

a bit of a learning curve for those who never done product personalization but this app isnt as complex as teeinblue which was more expensive and had west coast support hours (might not work for you if you're on the east cost.

all in all not bad but i will be looking for an alternative

This app has been a game changer. Super easy to navigate and whenever I have any issue, the support team is AMAZING. This app is amazing and it has everything we are looking for. All the features we wanted and also those that we were dreaming of, they had it. Customer service is also very good, responding quickly and helping us customise the app to how we would want it to look. Some features are still missing, but i would love to see how this app develops in the future. Highly recommended.

The Zepto team is incredible. I needed a way to help my customers with 'writer's block' during the personalization process, and their team helped me implement a custom link and modal directly within the editor. It looks seamless with my Prestige theme and has significantly improved the user experience. Their support is fast, technical, and they actually listen to your specific business needs. Highly recommended for anyone doing high-end custom products!
