I agonised over which customisation app to use for my business. I landed on Product Personalizer and I'm so glad that this is the app I chose.
Yes as others have mentioned it is a bit of a learning curve to start off with, I am by no means amazing with computers but after some trial and error I'm perfectly comfortable setting up new products with endless variables and setting the conditional logic for them. I've found the support team amazing, any time I've had a question they've answered pretty quickly even though we are in very different timezones, and no matter how silly my question they have been patient and are very clear in their instruction, even going so far as to send me screenshots of exactly what to do. I especially like being able to set a template so I don't have to start completely from scratch with each product. It has saved me so much time. I would 100% recommend this app to anyone who needs simple OR complex levels of customisation on their products. If you're a bit confused when you have your first look at it, don't worry! you'll get there.

Great app to help me show customized Monogram preview for my customers. Does need some setup to get it running as i wanted, but overall it resolved my problems. Quick answers from the support team. Naming convention and Color selection in the backend could be better, I was having an issue with setting Color Selection Label on both Text and Color Swatch fields, to use the same color. But I had to rename the Label instead, causing some confusion in the back end. However, it works in the front end.

I have tested a range of apps for personalization, for me personally nothing has come close to this one, the functionality and user interface was very simple to grasp right from the start. Especially the addition of conditional logic sets this app apart. One of the best things about using this app was the support, especially Arafath who went above and beyond to help us out with some fairly complex customization's. The price as well compared to some apps is extremely reasonable for what you get. Cant wait to see what updates they come up with in the future!

Really nice app for what we needed in our store. Didn't have any issues so far. Also, the support is really friendly, fast and goes out of their way to assist with anything needed. They even helped me to write a custom CSS.
