The Zepto Product Personalizer app handles my complex products. It is intuitive to use and the technical support is excellent.

La app funciona muy bien y el soporte responde en menos de 24h, todos los días de la semana.

La app tiene algunas cosas que mejorar, pero el soporte soluciona la mayoría de inconvenientes. Puede tomar varias interacciones para revisar bien un problema, pero terminan solucionándolo.

En cuanto a UX, la app es fácil de usar. Puede tomar un tiempo aprender todas las posibilidades, pero es fácil. Cabe mencionar que hay algunas pequeñas cosas que aún no permite cambiar, como los nombres de las imágenes o de los grupos de imágenes. Supongo que irá mejorando.

Lo importante es que funciona muy bien y tiene un buen soporte.

Every single personalisation option just vanished from the site 1000s of products that had options now have no option for any personalisation. The Dashboard just gives an error and I can only email them to which I didnt get a response to the last email I sent over a week ago which I ended up working out a fix for so Im not holding out much hope for a reply. Currently looking for another app urgently that can bring the personalisation back to the site so we can receive orders.

DO NOT USE THIS APP. If we could give negative stars we would have. When we used their app, it started malfunctioning our entire website. Our checkout button wouldn't work while we were running paid social media ads. They didn't care. Their team had NO IDEA what to do. We had to contact Shopify Customer support to figure out what was going on. That was our 5th issue in 2 days with them - from their own app not working correctly. We gave them multiple chances to fix the problem and they never did. Stay away from this app or you'll regret it. First bad review we've ever had to write from such a horrible experience with an app on Shopify

Klasse Support. Bisher wurde das Problem am gleichen Tag gelöst. Mir fehlt noch ein bisschen die Flexibilität für den Kunden. Z.B. Text innerhalb eines Bereiches verschieben zu können. Ansonsten alles super

So far the overall experience has been pretty good. Fairly easy to implement, and I was finally able to optimize a single test product, but I needed customer support to do so. It's not perfect but it will suffice for now. There are some areas where you have limited capabilities that I hope will addressed in the near future.

Be mindful if you have an API connection that utilize existing fields. You are going to need developer help to sync the two. For the time being, I'm utilizing a preview field only and had the Zepto help to remove the add to cart button (quick fix).

Regarding support, Muhtasim is my guy and he helped me through this initial stage and was prompt. So that's a big plus.

I do recommend this app. Not 100% sure this will be our long-term fix but we will get mileage out of it for the near term.
