I use this app for product personalization, and on Black Friday I was faced with an issue with discount codes not working. It turns out that I placed the wrong condition, which had nothing to do with the App (it was my own error) but Al Amin Khan was so quick to help me, and proviced support to me beyond the scope of the app. I can't express how thankful I am, especially since this was on Black Friday where help and codes are crucial! Amazing customer service support, he helped me with everything and explained in detail how he did it too. 5 stars.

This is a pretty cool app. There's a few glitches here and there and a few items they could improve upon, however, don't let that stop you. This app really allows for deep customization of items and it is laid out in a way that is easy to learn. I've recently contacted the devs for a little help, and they were back to me with a very helpful, detailed response in a reasonable time (less than a day for a non-urgent request). 5 Stars so far for customer service, 4 Stars for the actual product. 4.5 Stars Overall.
