It's giving direct error! It is not loading on the website, and when entering the application it gives error 500 or this error: Connection failed: Too many connections. This error is directly impacting sales!!!
Great app! I had a problem with the app on mobile initially but the support
was also great and was able to find the solution to my problem.
I like that it's easy to use, has plenty of easy-to-follow documentation, and the customer service is great!

We have been using Bold Options for the last 5/6 years, although we were happy with this solution our customer were asking for preview.
This app is light years ahead of any option apps available today on Shopify. The app works as advertised, does not crash and is straightforward. The help files are very detail and easy to use.
Unfortunately the function that add a cost to an option needs to be coded in house, this can be a little overwhelming if working with codes scares you.

Encountered some issues with the product personalizer appearing on the website and Piyal was quick to assist and prompt with solving the issue! Have been trying to find an app that supports Shopify at a fairly reasonable price and Product Personalizer is indeed the one I've been looking for!

Really one of the best apps you will find for product personalization. There are video instructions to help and a live chat with really really good and fast working people. Just amazing!!!!
They responded very quickly to my request. And solve my problem within seconds. The app itself is pretty well-developed and thoughtful. Easy to use for POD merchants. Highly recommend!
