Zepto Product Personalizer

We have a fairly complex personalization process for our store. The app has allowed us to offer the customer a very detailed level of personalization/customization. The support team has been helpful whenever there have been small bugs or with improvements such as making code as efficient as possible to maximize store speed. My only small request which would make the app even more valuable, would be to include an EDIT feature *from the cart* so a user can go back and fix any errors they made without starting over. Great app, highly recommended!

We are trying to build website where people can customize their products and so far the app has been amazing and so it the support team. Will always get an answer in less than 24 hours and the app price is very reasonable too. Mr. Abdullah Al Numan was of a great help, love the app and the support team.

Really great app, works excellent. I tried a lot of personalizer apps but this is by far the best one for our products. Also they have a great customer service, experienced and fast reply.

Ok, I have tried quite a few of the personalised apps but this one does pretty much everything we need. This app is simple to use especially for basic customisations. The more advanced stuff is a bit trickier which is expected so you do have take some time to watch all the videos in order get understand the logic and play around with it.
The support is excellent, Al Amin has provided much needed support with an excellent knowledge base of the personaliser app. You just need to have some patience and ask for help if needed. I getting to grips with this now. It's not a one day learning curve but if your serious like i am Just play around and familiarise yourself the help is there and its easier than most for sure. I WOULD SAY THAT THE SUPPORT FOR THIS APP IS VERY POOR IT TAKES A LONG TIME FOR THEM TO RESPOND AND SOMETIMES NOT AT ALL, VERY DISAPPOINTED THAT HAVING SPENT A LONG TIME GETTING TO GRIPS WITH THIS APP, THEY NOW TELL ME THERE IS A LIMIT TO THE NUMBER OF PRODUCTS I CAN HAVE, IT IS EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT IT IS AND THE SERVICE YOU RECIEVE

When this app works, its great.
Unfortunately, it regularly breaks. eg uploaded fonts suddenly don't display correctly after working for months/years. Advice from the support team is "just re-upload the font with a new name". That's fine, but why did it break in the first place?
No warnings that it's broken, other than emails from potential customers. I wish I could rely on it to work consistently. Unfortunately I will need to be looking for a more stable solution.
