I must have researched every product customization app on Shopify before finally deciding on Product Personalizer. I'm very glad I did. Our business sells locket necklaces with layering charms, and it was very important to us to show the customer what they were buying in real time by updating the product image with each added charm (see here: https://www.myrosalyn.com/products/gold-locket-plus-color). Also, unlike a lot of other apps, Product Personalizer actually allowed us to link to product variants to easily manage our charm inventory. The app UX had a small learning curve, but with some perseverance it was definitely doable. I received fast and helpful email support whenever I needed it. This app is well-deserving of 5 stars.
We use this app on our site to offer custom made keypads. We have been using the app for over a year and its great. It gives us so much flexibility and the support has been great.

Minor intermittent bug: sometimes, fields that are coded as 'mandatory' can be skipped by the customer, with no disruption of the ordering process.
