Zepto Product Personalizer

This app is exceptionally well-designed and perfectly meets my needs. I've been searching for an app with a specific feature: displaying the main product image (rather than variant images) when entering the product page, but when I click on a variant, it can display the variant image in the main image area and switch seamlessly between the main and variant images. Additionally, the ability to add multiple attributes for each sample through assets saves an incredible amount of time. Including other customization logic, it's clear that the team has put tremendous effort into this. Moreover, when I encountered issues, the support team was able to help me resolve them very promptly and professionally. Thank you so much! This is a highly worthwhile app that I strongly recommend.

Zepto looks great on our site and is easy to use. Rakib and the Zepto team are always very responsive and helpful. They take time and care to explain things thoroughly, using pictures and video to assist us with setting up the app ourselves.

I switched from Sign Customiser to this for $9.99. It's a simple customizer without a lot of complex customization features, but the service was great and helpful. It would be great if this customizer had more features and was more flexible.

This is an excellent app! We use it for our notebook personalization on our website, and it works very smoothly. It's easy to customize. Customer service responds quickly and is very helpful. We highly recommend the Zepto Product Personalizer.

Love the app and the service they provide when you run into (styling) issues. They helped me initially to set it up when I ran into some performance issues and just now with a styling issue. Superfast response and accurate.

The main issue for us is that there's no way to access the files and personalization in an automated way. You MUST have Shopify app access, navigate to the app, and download the ZIP files, then extract them locally, then upload them to a shared drive.

It does nicely display the selected options in the order details, however my other nitpick is there's no clean way to access these details in Shopify Flow or any other Shopify function. So again, it can't be automated. The output is a very messy Google Sheet without structured data.

The support team has helped in a few cases to fix issues for us. I'm hoping they can come up with a Flow template to share to help this as well.

The app itself has lots of options and lets you do almost everything. It's a bit clunky in the UI but that's to be expected for the functionality packed in. I just can't give it 5 stars when the data extraction is so limited and I have to spend more money per week paying VAs to extract files than I pay them monthly for the app.

I have received excellent support each time I reached out. They sent me detailed videos on how to set up and answer my questions. There is so much functionality available and for a very low cost. Its very easy for my customers to use

There is so much functionality packed into this app, I am able to accomplish everything I need to. Just know there is a learning curve with this, but once you get it and see how the elements of the app work together you are limited by your own creativity.

Here is the best part, if you get stuck, need a clarification or a confirmation on what you are trying to accomplish, help is right there with the built in chat function (you also get an email copy of the conversation). There is a whole team supporting this app, but given my time zone I always got one of the same three people.

They are quick to answer, beyond helpful, sent me documentation, videos and put up with my constant barrage of questions. I am new to this and would not have the product functionality I do for my customers without this team.

There are some settings that work with Shopify, I did not know about, again the team solved my problem, gave me three approaches to pick from all within about 5 minutes.

Also they are very open to comments about enhancing the experience for someone building out products. I have made a few suggestions, will later put them down in a document. I am sure time permitting the team will be able to implement some.

Takes a minute to understand how to use it. The chat is very helpful, and you may need it. It's not very user friendly, but after awhile you get it. Wish it was a bit more user friendly. Feels like you have to have at least some expertise in developing to use.
