Very quick support via life chat, works perfectly for what we need and we are able to office customisable memorial plaques

I had a pretty complicated setup using image uploads and I couldn't get the previews right. Support sent me a video of how to do it and finally I got it.
They really went out of their way to explain, making me a custom video, and I learned some something new too!!!
