It's been many days we are receiving less orders than usual without any reason, so we increased our advertisement on social media with little result...
This morning one of our collaborators discovered that many products (it seems randomly, there is no criteria we can explain) are affected by the error of not showing the preview and blocking the possibility to buy or the font is not working properly.
I made many videos and many screenshots reporting this problem.

For this problem We lost and We are losing orders and this situation is unacceptable!
Hi, For some server schedule maintenance the issue had arisen. The issue has been solved now. Hope you consider this issue and update the review
I've tried all apps for product customization and I can say Product Personalizer is the best! Super easy to work with! The support is very good, they are open to solve any problem even by accessing your account if you grant permission. The only improvement I would suggest is the response speed, now they had dealt issues in 36 to 48 hours. When they solve this issue I would rate Product Personalizer 5 stars.
The app does exactly what I needed it to do and the customer service is great. I had a small issue contacted customer service and they were able to help resolve my issue.

Great app. Bit of a learning curve but once you've got it it works well. This app is integral to how we sell some items so we can't be without it. We had one issue with it but it was all sorted within a few hours. Great support!
It is helpful providing the monogram options for our customers but it's not not necessarily user friendly on the back end. Often times we lose our monogram information on products, it will drop off for no reason.
UPDATE: product options suddenly disappeared from the site. Apparently Zepto, the developer, is having some type of CDN issue at the moment. I've contacted support but have not heard back from them yet. This is very serious!
This app has a lot of potential and is a work in progress. If you need to offer personalization (especially complex items with real time preview), then I can highly recommend this app. The developer knows his stuff and is committed to making it better.
The only issue, if you can call it that, is that it's such a powerful app and offers so many settings that you can get overwhelmed sometimes. However this would only apply in more complex cases, as it all depends on the types of products and personalizations that you offer in your store.
In my specific case I needed support when changing theme so that the app would display seamlessly. Support came through and was there to help get the app performing the way I needed.
I can highly recommend this app!
