Amazing app and even better customer support! I use it for my personalized phone case store, and every time I’ve needed help, their team has been incredibly responsive and helpful.

They reply very quickly, and if something can be fixed right away, they take care of it immediately. If it requires a little more time, they always follow up by email and make sure the issue gets resolved.

Every experience I’ve had with their support has been 10/10. I definitely recommend this app, especially if you sell personalized products!

The app is a little laggy, I'm finding that my image upload box is not aligned to what I originally set it to be and I would prefer for the image upload/text to be able to be moved around however, staff are very friendly/knowledgeable. Support is prompt and my problem is resolved quickly. Rakib is very helpful and friendly.
