Zepto Product Personalizer

If you need to personalize products, in mass, then this is the App to use! We have worked with a number of personalization tool and Product Personalizer is the only one we found that provides the ability to apply a personalization template across 100s to 1000s of products. Their support is very responsive and the tool is straight forward to use.

I've tried 5 other product personalizer apps before finally settling on this one. It is by far the easiest to use, and provided good capabilities to customize for my needs. I did reach out a couple times for help and they responded with everything i needed within 24hrs. Would recommend.

I'm not satisfied with this app. I had too many unsolved problems and had to stop all my sales. i wont recommend this app; it takes too long to get a response that leads to a solution.

This app is fairly sophisticated, so I initially was concerned that I wouldn't be able to get it to look and work the way I like. But after watching Zepto's videos, and a little bit of their customer service (which is excellent by the way), I was up and running, confident I could get the results I wanted without too much struggle. We struggled for three days attempting to configure this app, and unfortunately, when seeking assistance from their support team, we encountered a series of unhelpful responses. Ultimately, we managed to resolve the issues independently, but this led to the product page displaying incorrectly. The placement of the "add to cart" button was distorted, resulting in a highly unsatisfactory experience. I strongly advise against installing this app and recommend saving your valuable time.
