I have to let everyone know that in fact there was some sort of glitch with my theme and the support in getting that resolved, once we all realized what the glitch was - was prompt and complete.

This is a great app if you have a lot of custom options on your products. I have been looking for an app, I was using Product Customizer. It was ok for simple customizations, but limited in it's features. Product Personalizer has a lot more you can do, and I like that you can use images to show the different options. When you get it set up, this app is excellent and the support to iron out a few creases was great. Highly recommend this app for customisation - much better than all of the other apps we tried. The live previewer is just so impressive and exactly what we needed.
