Very fast and good support! I just installed the app and got instant help with modifications. So far so good.

doing great! Product Personalizer is rocking editor game and customer support is on point. Saturday 11 pm (my timezone). Working for 3 hours with that guy helping me editing my editor. just awesome.

Great app that fulfilled what's promised. The support team was very responsive, appreciate the prompt responses!

We are just starting with this app so cannot give full marks yet but, although it is a little tricky to understand at first, we have found so far that it is quite versatile and does pretty much what we need (the ability for customers to be able to only upload images that we provide and/or change the size and position of their selected images would be a great additional feature to have).
Only had a couple of issues so far and found the support team to be very fast and helpful (call out to Shahariare for his assistance here).
Recommend on our experience so far.

It is a very awesome app, it is can help you make awesome products, and the team is very helpful! Highly recommend

Good:
- live preview
- uses your existing inventory, does not require to set up a "sample" image of your product
- fast integration with cart / product / theme liquid files

Not so good:
- tutorials are not available for the most of the set up
- setting up fonts will require a lot of guess work and googling for ttf
- the placeholders for text and images are fixed, customers can not adjust them
- preview or "save the product" is not available after the customisation
- the option "create new product when adding to the cart" is faulty, it gives the message that it is corrupted

i uses support its very god! and the app works correctly. I tried various app options and this one works great on my theme

Amazing customer service, all my questions can be answered quickly. And just what We needed for our products. I use this app on two of my websites now and highly recommend it.
