Zepto Product Personalizer

We have been using the Zpeto Product Personalizer App for a few years now at Stamp Lab (www.stamplab.com.au) to allow our customers to submit custom rubber stamp designs, and it has been fantastic! The app works seamlessly and provides a user-friendly experience for our customers. Our product range includes a variety of custom rubber stamps, and this app has made the customization process incredibly smooth.

On the rare occasion that we have needed assistance, the support team has been extremely helpful and responsive. Their quick and efficient support has ensured that any issues were resolved promptly. Great app with lots of potential, I had an issue and the team got to work and solved it for me. Great team and responsive on the emails. they had a live chat system before but its gone now but the quick responses on emails make up for the chat not being available.

Our customers love being able to visualise their customised product, it really helps to differentiate our website in a competitive marketplace. Support is often very quick and if required the team will access our site to help fix the issue promptly, great if you’re a small business and lack technical confidence.

Great support overall, they recently made some changes which affected our whole site, about 400 products had to be manually fixed, they went through and fixed our issue in a timely manner.

Zepto is indeed the best customization app I have worked with on Shopify. It offers several different options, providing a pleasant and easy-to-navigate layout for customers. The support is great as well, highly recommend it! 10/10!

Great customer service period. I recomend anyone to test the product and contact support for any issues first befor jumping into conclusions. The guys know what they do. They helped me from changing theme to custom colours to correcly setup price updates and Qty in the cart. I have tried many of the top products here, almost all, but Zepto support is second to none. I do POD. I recently revamped my whole website. I feel confident since adding a preview to my POD product. Tech support was fast and excellent. They walked me through fixing my conditional issue. I like the app; it does not charge a per-order fee. It makes a huge difference to the bottom line.
