This app has allowed us to display the personalization options live to our potential customers. The app is straightforward and easy to use. There has been very little that we could not accomplish on our own using the app, but when we needed any support it was instantaneous. I am very thankful to have found this app, and I would recommend Zepto Product Personalizer to anyone that needs personalization options on their Shopify site.

The customer service that I received from Nazirul and Muhtasim over a span of 3 days was amazing! They responded to my questions in a timely manner and with instructions that were personalized and easy to follow. They created instructional videos, using my products and specific to my challenge, that were extremely helpful. Both were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We have been happy with the app for about a year now. We had some issues with adding the app to our new, updated theme and the support team fixed it quickly for us. They are very responsive and helpful.
