I agonised over which customisation app to use for my business. I landed on Product Personalizer and I'm so glad that this is the app I chose.
Yes as others have mentioned it is a bit of a learning curve to start off with, I am by no means amazing with computers but after some trial and error I'm perfectly comfortable setting up new products with endless variables and setting the conditional logic for them. I've found the support team amazing, any time I've had a question they've answered pretty quickly even though we are in very different timezones, and no matter how silly my question they have been patient and are very clear in their instruction, even going so far as to send me screenshots of exactly what to do. I especially like being able to set a template so I don't have to start completely from scratch with each product. It has saved me so much time. I would 100% recommend this app to anyone who needs simple OR complex levels of customisation on their products. If you're a bit confused when you have your first look at it, don't worry! you'll get there.
