It is super easy to set up and use and if you have problems or don't understand something then support are really helpful and respond fast too. The best thing is that this app is perfect for my personalized products and increases conversion because my customers can see exactly what their product loos like. Great app to help me show customized Monogram preview for my customers. Does need some setup to get it running as i wanted, but overall it resolved my problems. Quick answers from the support team. Naming convention and Color selection in the backend could be better, I was having an issue with setting Color Selection Label on both Text and Color Swatch fields, to use the same color. But I had to rename the Label instead, causing some confusion in the back end. However, it works in the front end.

I have tested a range of apps for personalization, for me personally nothing has come close to this one, the functionality and user interface was very simple to grasp right from the start. Especially the addition of conditional logic sets this app apart. One of the best things about using this app was the support, especially Arafath who went above and beyond to help us out with some fairly complex customization's. The price as well compared to some apps is extremely reasonable for what you get. Cant wait to see what updates they come up with in the future!

Really nice app for what we needed in our store. Didn't have any issues so far. Also, the support is really friendly, fast and goes out of their way to assist with anything needed. They even helped me to write a custom CSS.

Very valuable app but has glitches time to time, our customers are complaining about product personalizer being inconsistent and unstable.
