The customer service that I received from Nazirul and Muhtasim over a span of 3 days was amazing! They responded to my questions in a timely manner and with instructions that were personalized and easy to follow. They created instructional videos, using my products and specific to my challenge, that were extremely helpful. Both were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. This app has allowed us to display the personalization options live to our potential customers. The app is straightforward and easy to use. There has been very little that we could not accomplish on our own using the app, but when we needed any support it was instantaneous. I've tried many personalization apps. This one has a lot of options from simple to complex. I don't have many problems with the app but when I do, they always fix within hours of opening a ticket!
This app has worked perfectly for our store needs. We have been on the search for an app or a website that could allow our customers to craft their perfect saddle. This requires some extensive options, and this app helped us provide that to our customers. The app itself is easy to install and easy to use.
