This app has made nice updates. Best app for product personalization. The support is great which is why we have this app. I highly recommend this app as the support team always helps. Hope to see more features and updates in the future.
Support is incredible! There are a few things that can cause limitations, but for the price it really is the best one. I have been through every app like this there is.. This is the one to use.

We use it for multiple personalisation options like font, colour and emojis. We especially wanted the preview option so customers get a better idea of what each option will look like on their chosen product. Variation options in spotify product alone didn't give us enough variables.
I had this app installed and set up by a developer with my graphic designer, so I have no idea how the ins and outs work. Which is why I shouldn't have tried to change anything!! I broke my entire website with a couple of deletes and saves. The support team were there RIGHT away to save the day. Not only did the find the errors I had made but Rakhib was so patient with me while I sent multiple loom recordings to make sure I understand how to create templates, assets and everything in between. I will now get to spend the rest of the night fixing the problems I made but at least they will be set up correctly this time.
We have been blown away with the service. The back end is VERY easy to navigate around.
Highly recommend Zepto.
A fantastic app that meets all our customization needs. I just received excellent support from Musabbir, who even assisted me in adjusting specific settings that I couldn't modify on my own.
