Worst Shopify app I have ever used. I sell jewellery and have a charm necklace feature however customers have been able to order and are not being charged correctly for the charms, resulting in me loosing money with every sale that is made. Even after I contact their support team and was told the issue was fixed I received more orders that were still not being charged correctly. STAY AWAY from this app it is not with the trouble and there are plenty more options available. Such a waste of time and money

We sincerely apologize for the frustration and the impact this had on your sales.
To clarify for other users, our team identified that the initial conflict was caused by a "Sticky Add to Cart" feature which we have fixed immediately. Once that was patched, we discovered a secondary conflict within your specific mobile theme settings that was overriding the app's logic when the order was placed from mobile device.
While our app works perfectly with most themes, your specific theme used some uncommon patterns and a JavaScript conflict that interfered with the checkout process. and we have fixed it within a hour after we found the issue.
Since those fixes, we can see your orders are now processing perfectly and in the live chat you have confirmed us that now the order issue is fixed.

I am a phone case manufacturer with my own factory, and Zepto has been a game-changer for my Shopify store. The 'Image Mask' feature works perfectly for the new iPhone 16 and 17 series, allowing my customers to see high-end previews instantly. I especially love the conditional logic—it helps me distinguish between standard TPU cases and my premium Signature Film cases seamlessly. Also, a huge shoutout to the support team (especially Joy)! They are incredibly responsive and helped me set up my production-ready PDF exports. Highly recommend for anyone serious about POD!
Great App and Support, not a big learning curve, we are using it for "Sport Team Tour" shirts, where the player or parent can change the name and number on the back, optional initials on the front, and the tour name and logo stay the same.
