When we receive an email informing us of a new review, and we click through to our review dashboard, the last review we see is from 2020. We've emailed info@enormapps.com to ask for help, most recently on 3/15/2024, and received no response. We will be looking for another solution for reviews. Karin Jeske, Owner, Tesselle

Update 1- we received an email from you at 4:01pm Eastern time mentioning you are not able to import reviews. As you are on Basic plan, the plan does not allow importing reviews. To import reviews please upgrade the plan. The same was replied to you ar 4.09pm eastern time. Thank you
