Product Reviews with Photo PRO

Installation is a little tricky, but once I got it all figured out, It is awesome! The trouble I had was that I added the app and then didn't use it for a few months. In that time I changed themes and the code was not in the new theme. Once I installed on the changed theme, it all worked great. Super customizable which is most important to me with most apps! I also got some help from customer support and it was incredibly fast and helpful.

Overall I like the app and will keep it, but there's lots of room for improvement:

1) The CSV import doesn't really work with Aliexpress. You can import reviews, but they are really messed up and there's no way to actually assign them to your products which makes this option useless. I bought the Professional plan just for this option.

2) There is no way to export/backup reviews.

3) There's no way to search reviews. This is a big con for me. I have pages and pages of reviews and if I need to get to one specifically, or even just jump to a specific product.. there's no way I can do it. I have to go click through all the pages to find what I want. :/

4) No bulk edit/delete options. This really sucks! For example I imported a bunch of reviews from Aliexpress, which turned out badly, and I had to hand delete each review ONE BY ONE which took a very long time!

Hopefully these will get fixed in the future. Out of all the review apps out there, this one seemed the best for the price.. especially to include a carousel option. Also there's no apparent issues with it's reliability, which other apps seem to experience based on feedback.

Awesome, without second thought install this app. I have tried 3-4 apps but this one is final destination. Very fast support, easy reviews posting process for customers, email followups. etc. Very economical.

The app works perfectly and the team was super efficient and helpful, they got back to us quickly regarding the installation of the plugin!

This app is exactly what I am looking for and half the price of others. The customer service is very helpful and quick too! Highly recommend.

Unless you pay for the Upgraded plan be prepared to not have any features. It is so hard to understand, If you dont understand "CODES" Dont waste your time with this app. Just saying

I just installed this app today, so far it's been easy to integrate (something that I didn't find with other apps) and the help team was really quick in their response to an issue I ran into! I plan to update my review once customers on my own site begin leaving their reviews :)
