Hello, I use the application to generate trust among the visitors of my store, the evaluation is not very high, because I have not used it too much and the little that I use it has been difficult for me.

Overall I like the app and will keep it, but there's lots of room for improvement:

1) The CSV import doesn't really work with Aliexpress. You can import reviews, but they are really messed up and there's no way to actually assign them to your products which makes this option useless. I bought the Professional plan just for this option.

2) There is no way to export/backup reviews.

3) There's no way to search reviews. This is a big con for me. I have pages and pages of reviews and if I need to get to one specifically, or even just jump to a specific product.. there's no way I can do it. I have to go click through all the pages to find what I want. :/

4) No bulk edit/delete options. This really sucks! For example I imported a bunch of reviews from Aliexpress, which turned out badly, and I had to hand delete each review ONE BY ONE which took a very long time!

Hopefully these will get fixed in the future. Out of all the review apps out there, this one seemed the best for the price.. especially to include a carousel option. Also there's no apparent issues with it's reliability, which other apps seem to experience based on feedback.

Much slower than other competitors and weak customer support.
The only big advantage is they let you add/remove/edit existing reviews.

It helps; but, just found out lately that the images of the manually reviewed products got interchanged.

I'm testing this app for a week. I hope there is an easy way to install, a 1-push install like other similar apps. My firs try of this app, search filter is confusing. That's bad UI. You don't put a search icon that is not clickable and drop down filter that does not show the filter number.

Good app, a bit of a hassel to use sometimes. I added pics to a review and they did not show up so I had to write the review again. Otherwise its a very good app and its FREE!

I didn't have any issues with the app until the third occasion I had a customer leave a review. I reached out to the tech support of the app and they informed me it was a big/ issue on their part. They said that the system was triggered early and sent me an email saying I had a review but apparently they said that a review was never left. It put me in an embarrassing situation with my customer as I had to have them rewrite their entire review all over again for the second time. They were actually quite annoyed because they blamed myself and the company rather than the app itself. I genuinely hope that this does not happen again and makes me wonder how many reviews were placed but then "disappeared" because of an issue on the apps side. For an app that I have to pay for and then to have this happen I personally find extremely inconvenient. If this issue persists I will need to find alternative methods to ensuring my customers reviews are not getting lost.
