Of course, the app’s design is simple and easy to view, and it is also very easy to use. It can be used as an FAQ, and separately, it allows customers to submit their own Q&A as well. Je viens d'installer l'App, j'ai pu communiquer rapidement avec l'équipe pour changer le widget de place (fait), visuellement c'est simple et parait fonctionnel, à voir maintenant en live si ça fonctionne bien...
Very useful app!!!! It doesn't work well at first, so i tried to contact them, and they replied us fast, and fixed the issue fast!!!!
Requested export/import of question answers and they set up everything for me. Excellent app and support. Highly recommended! Makes it easy for to answer your customers product questions privately and also use it to build a public faq as well
I'm very satisfyed with this App : installed it in a 1st shop, had questions from clients which led to sells, so I'm installing it on my 2nd shop ! Plus assistance is quick and effective (to get the widget in the good place for instance).

This is a very nice app, since it allows users to post questions on product pages as well as on a dedicated FAQ page, while also allowing admins to arrange traditional FAQs. Customer service was the best! They tweaked the layout according to my request and did everything quickly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend.
