We are a fragrance company with different products and fragrances appealing to different age groups. We wanted to add a quiz to our site to help guide the consumer to their fragrance suggestion. We downloaded and worked with several apps, like this, but they were either non responsive nor customizable where needed. My experience with this app, and working with Alex, overall has been excellent. We had several issues in the beginning and in the functionality but they were there all the way responding to emails, and live chats, until we got it right. This level of customer service and response is very unique. I got emails and updates throughout the day and night so I know they were working on it. I can't thank them enough and would recommend to anyone.

We were able to implement exactly what we had envisioned in a very short time. The support responds incredibly quickly and competently. Thank you very much! As a note for the future: With many conditions, it can quickly become confusing and difficult to maintain. Maybe it would be a solution to provide a visual builder, similar to the bots builder of Tidio Chat.

Seriously amazing. So much functionality and the customer service is absolutely fantastic. I made suggestions for added functions and I saw them within the app the next week. Get in on it while it's hot.

I love this app! I have been trying to add a quiz to my store for months but it has been so difficult and time consuming. I found this app and had a quiz up and running in no time and I am already seeing sales. The customer service I have received is outstanding! I get prompt answers to all my questions.
So far its been great, we're pretty new though, but easy to use and no issues up to this point

This is a really robust product quiz app, that’s been able to do everything we need so far. Whenever we’ve had questions, the support team has responded helpfully and quickly. Highly recommend it.
