The AI support chat bot is absolutely amazing. You almost don't even need to code or configure anything in the app. The chat bot does it for you. As an example, I had a very complex set of logic needed to display 36 different products based on the answers to multiple, multiple choice questions and the chat bot did it perfectly... in about 60 seconds. This would have taken me hours and hours to code manually. I simply created a master mapping matrix and the chat bot did the rest. Truly amazing.
Once you get the hang of the logic, it becomes much easier and faster to build and refine quizzes than with other quiz apps I’ve tried. The support has been absolutely first-class. The AI Copilot is genuinely helpful, and Erik and Charles also personally jumped in to help me get everything working properly. I honestly haven’t experienced this level of hands-on support with any other Shopify app.

This is by far the #1 quiz app that we've used. We've tested numerous of apps and "Product Recomendation Quiz" is absolutely the best - it gives you full control of the results (you can let the app handle everything or affect the results via their fantastic voting system), it has tons of customisations EVERYWHERE. The AI Bot is trully great at helping you out adjust things and the best part is their support, Erik was fantastic at helping us with all of our questions and setup, huge shoutout, we couldn't recommend it more!

The tool and the support have been fantastic. We use Omnisend as our email platform, and when Omnisend updated their dynamic code requirements, I submitted a ticket to Product Recommendation Quiz. They jumped in right away and made the necessary adjustments.
