Very helpful app! I built a product recommendation quiz, and the experience I got was much better than other apps I've used. When I got stuck with building the quiz, I contacted support and they got back to me instantly, via an online call, to resolve my questions, and give additional ecommerce tips regarding their app.

This app is wonderful! The process of setting up a quiz is pretty simple. But if you need help, there are plenty of tutorials that walk you through everything, step-by-step. The customer service is also amazing. They are SO quick to respond and walk you through things if you need help. I highly recommend!

Even though the application lacks of good reports, I gave 5 five stars because:
* It is easy to configure.
* It really works very well and It has a tone of options to configure your decision tree.
* Most importantly, the support is fantastic. Even though you have to send an email (no live chat), the support responds fast, and the team works hard to resolve any issue quickly.
Indeed, I contacted them to help me with some configuration (no technical issues), and the team responded precisely and quickly.

I highly recommend this app. It is user-friendly and easily manipulated to get the results that you need. Customer service is absolutely amazing with quick email response and even an option, for a zoom meet.
