Eric was extremely helpful when I had questions regarding the results page. He created personalized help videos on the spot and guided me through it. Fantastic!

Edit: After over 2 weeks the team couldn't find a solution to integrate with Klaviyo. I hired a dev as suggested and the first dev said she couldn't do it. I hired a 2nd dev using RevenueHunt's criteria to hire the appropriate person and they couldn't do it...! $140 down the drain... Thankfully Upwork refunded my money for the 2nd dev.
I was hesitant to try another quiz app as Erik custom-coded mine as he said it was necessary. I decided to try Recomma app and everything was easier. The user experience, ability to customize... everything... better! Not only did the app integrate seamlessly with Klaviyo, the dev team custom-coded my email template so that it showed all recommended products/prices/descriptions!! No need to hire a developer!
They also make cosmetic/CSS changes on-the-fly! My quiz is exceptional and I'm beyond relieved I switched. Did I mention, it's less expensive!

I’m truly sorry for the time and money you spent trying to get your Klaviyo setup working the way you needed. That’s frustrating, and it’s clear we didn’t give you a reliable, low-effort path to that outcome.

This app seems to be pretty functional. However, it doesn't let me upload photos, just says it's loading forever, and keeps behaving a bit glitchy in other places. It is difficult to see product matching when you have lots of products bc the drop down menu is a bit small. Hoping someone from support can help us out!
