They are very helpful. Any questions you may have or issue needing to address they are on top of it. It's a great app and completely free! Highly recommend it if you want to get a quiz loaded to your site but not looking for added cost. Easy to use.

Highly recommend VBQ if you are looking for a coherent and well-designed quiz! The team are attentive and very thorough. Mahesh (one of the founders I believe) was happy to assist directly on calls, and worked to our timings and timezone, with us being in the UK, and his team in the US. Our team spent a few weeks exploring a quiz app for our store that would help us increase our conversions and engagements. The App is simple to use and if you have a problem, Raj from the customer service answers all your questions and responses very fast.

Great app, but without the help of the Support team it would not have been possible for us to create the quiz we had in mind. Great & very supportive support team. Compliments!

On beforehand it was difficult to know what was possible or not possible with the quiz builder. But that is also the case with other quiz builder apps. We compared three. I don't know how other quiz build apps are as we only used the VQB.

Online instructions were not that clear - we thought we had to include and exclude products differently than it seemed in the end. And thought that it would be logic that the result of the quiz could be shown in a choosen sequence. But was not the case. We did choose for sending results via e-mail, but it was not clear we needed to make a certain email integration/sync first. I did not experienced this with other apps before.

Maybe ask a higher 'lowest' price option for the app. And make it (if possible) so that users do not need the support team that much. Saves time for the team. And time for the user. And for the team more time to further develop the app. Although development will be partly done, from questions users have ;-).

Maybe for the technical persons building the app, a lot of things seem logic. But for users it seems not ;-).

But I would certainly recommend the app. For not too complicated quizes. The support you get is really great & helpful!
