Doesnt install. Have tried on numerous browsers and many attempts.

The app installed once and timed out over and over and over again, so I uninstalled it. Since then, it continues to not install across Firefox, IE, Safari, and Edge. Across 4 different storefronts. I wish I could contact you but again the APP DOESNT SHOW UP. DROP ME AN EMAIL I CAN CONTACT AND ID BE HAPPY TO TRY AND WORK THIS OUT.

They fixed the problem they claimed in their response, for about 3 days and now again this app won't load on Safari or Edge. Businesses don't have time for apps that don't open.

FINAL UPDATE: I have tried this app two or three more times after the claimed "fix". I was happy this morning because it was actually working for the first time in three weeks and I thought it could be a solution for our store. But I came back this afternoon and now the app times out again. I have tried to enter it 4 different ways. Impossible. I have been a Shopify user for 10 years and this is the worst UI I have ever run into. Yes, app store reviews "aren't designed for technical troubleshooting," but this is beyond that. Other Shopify stores should know that you are frauds. Develop a better app and you wouldn't have reviews like this.

We’re sorry to hear about the ongoing frustration. After seeing your update, we checked the logs specific to your store. Because the app is running smoothly for our other merchants and we cannot replicate this loading error, we needed to see exactly what was happening in your case.

The logs confirm that the app’s admin and frontend do actually load for your store, but the app cannot fully initialize until the installation flow is completed. Because those initial setup steps were left unfinished on your end, it is preventing the app from operating properly.

We know your time is valuable, which is why we’ve sent you a few emails recently with step-by-step instructions and an offer to jump on a quick call to guide you through this final setup. Unfortunately, we haven't heard back yet.

Thanks for the quick response and action on our request.
We have been using the English version to adjust the wordings for our Vietnamese pages.
We found there is a field that cannot update the wording, but the support team quickly fixed it within 2 hours. And now, we can translate that field as well.

The quick follow-up enabled us to provide better service to our customers!

Really great app for managing and customizing our warranty form. It is user-friendly and flexible; anyone without code knowledge will be able to handle the setup/design. Furthermore, the support team is very helpful. They answer all of our questions instantly and are able to resolve issues in a short time. Highly recommend this app.

We have used this App multiple times now as a problem solver. Sending consumers updated parts for their ovens or redeeming a GWP for a product launch. Super helpful & easy to get live with no development needed.

This has been the most reliable offering for a product registration app. Vito is super responsive if there is ever an issue. We're looking forward to version 2!

The customer support team is always helpful and quick to assist in solving any issues. In Q4 2024, we completely redesigned the UX, forms, marketing automation, and our internal processes using MPR and it's Klaviyo integrations.
