My Product Registration

I've been reading and trying out different warranty app registration and this one is all I ever wanted. Nice layout, easy to install and setup. Great customer service. Nice and quick. Definitely recommend

Great app, can be used for much more than product registrations. We use it for service agreements on diving gear, and also as a logbook for registration of catch (fish, crabs etc).

Their support is really quick (usually gets a response within a day), and they could understand the problems we are facing and help us rectify them in a timely manner.

Talking about the app itself, it's very user-friendly, and our customer is able to auto-fill their serial number on the warranty by scanning a QR code on our product. For us, managing all that customer data has become a breeze.

I used this app to upload serial number of our product to our website. Our customer can register their product and validate the authentication of purchased product.Yeah, it's what i looking so far :). And, I have little problem when i want to delete bulk of serial numbers which uploaded wrong. The app do not support to do bulk deletion. So i asked from support team, they helped to do that (within 24 hrs ).Its great! Anyway, I think it could be great if they can develop this function too, to clean up our database or sometimes it's wrong uploaded.

This app works as described. It may be installed and used without extensive knowledge or customization. The ability to customize this app is impressive, and a developer versed is css will have no trouble fitting it to their needs. For the rest of us, the support staff is surprisingly quick and helpful, if a bit lacking in their execution of the English tongue.
