I am so impressed by this app. It has everything you need to set up a product registration form and customize it to exactly how you want it. It's very intuitive and easy to set up, and for the one question I had, the customer support team got back to me right away with step-by-step instructions.

Great app, can be used for much more than product registrations. We use it for service agreements on diving gear, and also as a logbook for registration of catch (fish, crabs etc).
