My Product Registration

We have been using this app for at least 3 years and it does what we need to capture warranty information. There is actually much potential in this app; the way the UI can be customized which we recently discovered. The documentation could have been better to mention some of these, but reaching out to the tech support would give you the clarity. Very responsive help to advise, and fix any issues you encounter. So this is a great plus for us.

We've been using this platform to register our production serial numbers and authentication codes, and it's been a great experience. Uploading codes is quick and easy, and once they're in the system, our customers can verify that they're buying an authentic product in just a few seconds.

One of the biggest benefits for us is knowing our products are better protected against counterfeits. It gives both our team and our customers extra peace of mind, and we've received positive feedback on how simple the verification process is.

The platform is easy to use, reliable, and handles large batches of codes without any problems. It fits smoothly into our production process and has saved us a lot of time compared to managing everything manually.

The customer support has also been fantastic. Anytime we've had a question or needed help, they've been quick to respond and easy to work with.

Overall, we're very happy with the platform and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a simple and effective way to manage product authentication and protect their brand.

Doesnt install. Have tried on numerous browsers and many attempts.

The app installed once and timed out over and over and over again, so I uninstalled it. Since then, it continues to not install across Firefox, IE, Safari, and Edge. Across 4 different storefronts. I wish I could contact you but again the APP DOESNT SHOW UP. DROP ME AN EMAIL I CAN CONTACT AND ID BE HAPPY TO TRY AND WORK THIS OUT.

They fixed the problem they claimed in their response, for about 3 days and now again this app won't load on Safari or Edge. Businesses don't have time for apps that don't open.

FINAL UPDATE: I have tried this app two or three more times after the claimed "fix". I was happy this morning because it was actually working for the first time in three weeks and I thought it could be a solution for our store. But I came back this afternoon and now the app times out again. I have tried to enter it 4 different ways. Impossible. I have been a Shopify user for 10 years and this is the worst UI I have ever run into. Yes, app store reviews "aren't designed for technical troubleshooting," but this is beyond that. Other Shopify stores should know that you are frauds. Develop a better app and you wouldn't have reviews like this.
