This app was recommended to us by a partner who has been using it with great results. Since we started using it, I’ve found it to be reliable and effective. Serial number was a must and useful to us as it is part of our backend system.

The support provided by the app's team is great. They are responsive, helpful, and quick to get back to me.

We had high hopes for Arcafy Product Registration Supreme, especially given its promising name. However, our experience with this software has been nothing short of frustrating.

The interface is clunky and unresponsive, making it difficult to navigate and complete the registration process. The software often freezes or crashes, forcing us to restart/reload and re-enter information multiple times.

Despite its claims of streamlining the product registration process, Arcafy Product Registration Supreme actually makes it more cumbersome. The software doesn't seem to work as advertised, and we've encountered numerous errors and glitches.

Overall, we are extremely disappointed with Arcafy Product Registration Supreme. It's a buggy, unreliable, and frustrating piece of software that fails to deliver on its promises. We would not recommend this product to anyone.

Setting up was relatively easy and the app works well so far. The basic subscription offers just enough for a small company needing to have some official product registration process and I like that the form is customisable. I would have benefited from better YouTube support videos and some of the UX on the app is not quite as intuitive as it could be but that will all come with time I'm sure. The team were excellent in responding to any support queries which is ultimately what got me set up properly and it was done quickly.
