I have been in the dress rental industry for 6 years and the Product Rentals Pro App has been by far the best software I have come across yet. It is super easy to use and set up on your website. The features they provide have been very well thought out and very relevant to dress rentals.
The features that we love the most are:
- The automatic reminder emails/texts you can send your customers.
- The different pick up/delivery options for customers to select before seeing if a dress is available on the calendar.
- Competitive pricing options.
- Being able to customise the look of the widget on our website so that all fonts/colours are the same.

The customer service is also excellent with response times to any queries super quick and very helpful step-by-step instructions on dealing with any integration issues.
