I have been WAITING 5 years for an app like PRP! It has streamlined my dress hire business and the support is unparalleled. Highly recommend!

So easy to set up and has all the features needed for a dress rental business. The support team is so helpful and their response time is second to none.

While making the change to Product Rentals I also increased my prices and was worried this would impact sales. However even though some prices almost doubled I have seen more uptake and conversions from this new app and I haven’t changed anything else so I have to assume it is the improved experience customers are having.

This app is such a game changer for the dress rental industry, the seamless design is so easy for both customers and business owners. The app has integrated features including different buffers for postal/pick up orders, public holidays etc, which are not available on similar apps. This app makes it so much easier for me to manage my weekly rentals with the checklist feature - and the dedicated section for postal return tracking numbers is incredible.
I couldn't recommend this app enough. The support team is always happy to assist with recommendations and help, and takes suggestions for new features onboard.

What a great product. After months of using another 'bigger' app, I got fed up and started searching for a better one.

This app is not only more intuitive from an owner perspective, but also from the customer facing side. Customers now have a clearer idea when booking their products what to expect - which will cut down on our customer service hours a lot.
