I absolutely love this review app! It has made life so much easier when comes to finding reliable opinions on products and services. The interface is user-friendly, the reviews are detailed and helpful, and I appreciate the community aspect of being able to share my own experiences. I transitioned from the judge.me app because it didn't offer the options Product Reviews does. The support team was helpful and everything works perfectly.

It is easy to use, but the support services are very poor and extra fees are required for developments, which is not acceptable. Also, the application visual areas are not sufficient.

It is a decent app. I just installed it. Looking forward to seeing how it helps with conversions. However it would have been nice if the all review app for the front page were a slider. The current format is a bit messy, I had to disable it. By messy, i don't mean the design but it appears unevenly on the frontpage. My solution was to diable it and only use it in the product page, which looks quite cool.

The App works perfect for reviews, and I had a problem uploading a review .cvs file and the support was able to help me perfectly and quickly. My thanks to them. And I would recommend this app to anyone who has a store.

Had some issues with importing (my error not theirs) and they cleared it up, walked me through it and have been excellent with support.
