Customer service is awful, the worst I have ever had, it is impossible to get any answers when you have an issue. I would highly suggest choosing a different App. The Chat app says they are available, But I have been trying to talk to someone now for over 2 weeks. I am now looking to change to a better App.

UPDATE!!!!!
The App is now working, we had a few more glitches and server issues, but the team have been in touch and resolved the issues. Hopefully it will run as expected from now on. Much improved customer service has resulted in my more favourable review.

UPDATE BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE!

I noticed I was getting less reviews and when I checked this company now want to charge me $14.99 per month to collect them, when I signed up they said it was a free app. - DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP - YOU WILL REGRET IT

I wanted to send a request review to customers only 2 months after the purchase and this featured was updated after the first contact with the app customer support.
I am glad I am using this app.

Best app I have used for reviews. Staff is also very nice, queries are resolved very quickly. Hight recommended.

They app seems to work fine but i cant for the love of me figure out how or why im not getting an email to let me know when a new review is being submitted. Also ive tried everything to get the star rating option on each product but cant figure it out. Other then that it does what its supposed 2 do.

To enable the notification feature, please follow these steps:
Go to the admin panel and select the "Request History" tab.
Navigate to "Schedule & Reminders" and click on "Email Templates."
In the "Admin Notification Email(s) Configuration" section, check the "Enable" checkbox.
Add your email ID, subject line, and customize the email content as needed.
Click the "Save" button to apply the changes.

It is a great app! The customer support in their live chat is almost immediate. They make valuable edits on the store's behalf and have a solution to all your problems.
