Very slow to respond to inquiries (if it all) about issues.

We've had on multiple occasions now, reviewers data (email) be leaked. Multiple customers report phishing where scammers think that they are the owner of our store. The first time it happened, they said it was an issue on their end that they resolved. It has since happened again, and upon outreach, they do not answer.

Recently we had the customer review follow up email sent to us. Looks very different from the template that is provided and the testing on the app. It was embarrassing to see the issues with the review app email, displaying code to customers.

When looking at the reviews on a phone from a customer lens, and it says "read more" with an option to click. The button does not work.

Overall, we would strongly recommend a different review app. Regardless of the price tier, there really shouldn't be this many issues, nor data concerns from an app.

Functional and reliable, really working well for us! The customer service and issue resolution were quick and hassle-free. We had a problem with the popup widget, and they fixed it the very next day. Very happy with the app!

I changed themes and it was having an impact on how the app looks on mobile and the team resolved it efficiently and in a timely manner.

Eine Erinnerungsfunktion ein paar Tage nachdem die erste Einladung verschickt wurde wäre positiv. ansonsten passt aber alles.

I love everything about this app except the difficulty to run it. I constantly have to look up how to access different things and it’s not very self explanatory.

MyAppGurus is perfect for Shopify! It’s easy to set up, collects photo/video reviews, and displays them beautifully and save time with auto requests. Their support team is super fast and solves issues instantly.

Sometime the app does not work 100% of the time but that is probably down to the fact I am not running a 2.0 comaptible theme. Would like to have more control over customising the review form on the product page to my liking and be able to insert product stars into side banners but I dont think the app can do this. Other than that very helpful guys when you neeed assistance
