Requests History has not updated to reflect recent sales. I have been waiting for 5 days without answer to my support email. Setting my rating to 1 star seems to be the only way to get the attention I need from the dev.

I have struggled to get this app working as it should with my store for over half a year. The tech support is not the quickest but to the credit of the dev, they did persist and resolved matters in the end. While I do recommend the app, I would add that it can be a challenge to get it working with custom themes and does require a lot of personal time to get needed attention. Hopefully my experience has led to an improvement in average turnaround time for others.

The App works perfect for reviews, and I had a problem uploading a review .cvs file and the support was able to help me perfectly and quickly. My thanks to them. And I would recommend this app to anyone who has a store.

What a wonderful team to chat to for support. I gave them my issue and even though they had to take it to the technical team and it took time and effort and they should have charged me money - they did it all for free.
