Lots of features for what you pay. More than any other platform that we researched.
Elvis and Bryan from their support team are awesome, responsive and always happy to assist.
The app itself is buggy at times, often need to hard refresh or log out and back in to get some page views to show data.
We use Chrome and Edge.
We are pleased with Stamped Product Reviews. It was easy to set up and adds so much value to our site. It was very slow when we started but they have released some updates that have improved the speed a lot. Their support team are very responsive and they have a proactive account team who reach out to help as well.
Stamped has been a solid app to work with overall. My only compliant was when we were trying to get our Google Seller Ratings completed...their documentation was incorrect, but their team stepped up and helped us get it all worked out.
Stamped is a good product. We used it for a long time for free and recently upgraded to a paid plan. Support is good. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that users can't update their reviews if they change their mind. We reach out to people that leave less than 4-star reviews. In some cases, people decide to update their review, but there's no way for them to do that.
Some great functionality offered, and it's great when it actually does what it says it will do. Customer service has improved hugely since I last reviewed this app two years ago, and is incredibly helpful. Which has led me to up my rating from 2 to 4 stars. However, a few pieces of functionality that were promised still haven't been delivered, for example enabling more usable ways to select items for groups so they're automatic rather than need to be manually added is a must have and I've now waited two years.

UPDATE: Customer service contacted me and was able to fix the issue I was having in a very timely manner. Thanks guys, I really appreciate it and you've made my life much easier.
We used to be able to scroll through reviews, which made it super easy to view and manage all of our reviews and somehow that is no longer possible. It makes it extremely difficult to manage anything and makes me very frustrated as we have a lot of reviews to manage and scrolling up and down the main page is so time consuming. Support said they would consider my request to implement a scroll bar but it was there before, so why get rid of it if it makes our lives easier?

The app was very easy to install and customize to perfection in about 30 minutes. I didn’t have any problems at all. (No html coding or knowledge was needed). Really looks great in my store and worked perfectly with my “tabs” on my product pages. I believe it was good for my google ranking as well because it added “keywords” to my pages as written by my customers.
Additional Comments: I've been using this APP for over a year. Like most Shopify store owners, eventually you move away from all the "Paid APPS" and buy a custom theme with all the APPS built in. I did just that. I'm on my second "custom theme" now, and this is the one app that that will always be a part of my themes. Thanks to the excellent support (not to mention very quick to respond and take action) moving to a new theme was very easy. I guess the old saying is true, "You get what you pay for!". This is a quality APP with Quality support. Special thanks to Martin for the extra attention and custom setup.
After years of using this app with perfect customer service I've recently had problems with getting a response. Some of my requests have vanished from the chat. No response to my emails. Sadley, I'll have to take a star away.
This app is the more stylish option for product reviews. I've had some buggy issues that were quickly fixed by the team. But overall great, powerful app.
Stamped support has been very quick and responsive in helping deal with issues we've had with the widgets on our Shopify store--thanks James and Kaushik!
